The Skin Cancer Practice is a specialised clinic dedicated to the prevention, early detection and treatment of melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. The practice is led by Dr Courtney Taylor who is the clinical lead & oversees the day to day operations of the practice. We are co-located with Ellen Health in the heart of Fremantle, providing personalised and comprehensive skin cancer services – including thorough skin cancer checks, surgical & non-surgical skin cancer treatments.
Our patient centred care approach is of paramount importance to us and we have a strong focus on patient education and involvement. Our philosophy is to provide holistic care, recognising that each patient is an individual and any treatment must be unique to their personal circumstances whilst ensuring that our patients are always kept well informed and understand their diagnosis and treatment options.
The Skin Cancer Practice is a private fee-paying clinic and payment is required on the day of service. If you hold a valid Medicare card, a rebate will be paid into your nominated bank account – usually within 48-72 hours. Any skin biopsies or treatments will incur further cost.
The practice is located on the ground floor next to Ellen Health and is easily accessible, with 2 hours free onsite parking , off-street parking and disabled access. Our clinic also works in close collaboration with Ellen Health and our patients have access to after-hour nursing support 7 days / week if required.
