Missed or Cancelled Appointments policy

Missed or cancelled appointments at short notice interfere with the availability of our doctors to other patients in need who are currently on our waiting list. We will send appointment reminders via text message 10 days in advance of your appointment date and try our best to confirm your appointment times well in advance.

We ask that you please notify our receptionist if you cannot make to your appointment or if you need to re-schedule. We do require you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes; otherwise a missed appointment or late cancellation fee will apply. Please note there is no medicare rebate applicable in this instance.
