Dr. Tobin is a Scottish trained GP with additional skills and training in dermatology.
He has extensive experience in skin cancer management having run a skin cancer practice in Rockingham for the past 15 years.
He is also an occasional contributor to Perth Glory’s A-League matchday medical team.
